Delivery

Flush Golf are based in the UK and ship to our customers around the world. We do this using Royal Mail and provide you with fully trackable shipments. Delivery time is between 2 - 4 business working days.

  • UK Mainland Orders under £75 = £3.95 
  • UK Mainland Orders over £75 = Free Shipping

For International delivery please refer to our checkout for exact delivery costs to your Country.

Returns

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

All UK & International orders must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date

For all returns within UK Mainland we offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal (https://www.flush.golf/a/returns) using your email address and order ID 
  2. Choose the products you wish to return from your order
  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided

We'll process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method, usually within 2–5 business days after we receive your return, and we'll notify you via email. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for your funds to be available. Please keep the receipt/proof of postage - This will be required to investigate any issues with your return. It will not be possible to process a refund without the proof of postage.

For international returns we also advise that a fully insured service is used.
