Delivery

Flush Golf is based in the UK and ships orders to customers worldwide. We use Royal Mail for fully trackable shipments. Delivery within the UK typically takes 2–4 business days, while international delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

  • UK Mainland Orders under £75 = £3.95 
  • UK Mainland Orders over £75 = Free Shipping

For international deliveries, the exact shipping costs to your country will be calculated during checkout.


 

Returns

If you’re looking to return your order for any reason, we’re here to help!

All UK and international orders can be returned within 30 days of receiving the goods.

To qualify for a full refund, items must be:

  • In unused condition

  • In their original packaging

  • With all tags attached

 

How to initiate a return:

Contact us First: Before sending your items back, please get in touch with our team at contact@flush.golf or via our Contact Us page.

Receive Return Instructions: We will provide you with all the necessary details, including the return address and any documentation required.

Pack and Ship: Securely package your items, ensuring they meet the eligibility criteria.

Proof of Postage: Please retain the receipt or proof of postage, as this will be required to resolve any issues with your return. We are unable to process refunds if there is a query and no proof of postage is provided.

 

Processing time:

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 2–5 business days. You will receive a notification via email when your refund has been processed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to become available.

Please retain the receipt or proof of postage, as this will be required to resolve any issues with your return. We will not be able to process a refund if there is a query about your return and no proof of postage is provided.

For international returns, the process is the same—just get in touch with us first, and we’ll provide you with the relevant information. For international returns we also advise that a fully insured service is used.
